Welcome to Soomro Foods. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion in cases of fraudulent activity or unauthorized reseller practices. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Artisanal Batch Products

Our pickles, chutneys, and murabbas are crafted in small batches using traditional heritage recipes and natural ingredients. Due to the artisanal nature of handpicked raw vegetables, spices, and oils, slight natural variations in color, spice density, or texture may occur between batches.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and verified Online Bank / Mobile Wallet Transfers.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer support. Once an order is processed or dispatched to courier partners, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product names, logos, branding assets, custom photography, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of Soomro Foods and protected under trademark and intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
