Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and handed over to courier partners within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
- Karachi: 1 – 2 Business Days.
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad & Major Cities: 2 – 4 Business Days.
- Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 3 – 5 Business Days.
Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Standard flat shipping rate applies at checkout. FREE Nationwide Shipping is automatically applied on all orders totaling 2,999 PKR or above.
Package Inspection & Handling Jars
Our glass jars are packaged with heavy-duty protective bubble wrap and reinforced boxing to prevent leakage or breakage during transit. Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the outer box. If the outer packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with, please take a photo and contact us immediately before accepting.
